What it does
Switch from another SEO plugin
- Titles, meta descriptions, focus keywords, robots settings, canonicals and social fields on posts and pages.
- Category, tag and custom taxonomy SEO fields from Yoast SEO, Rank Math, SEOPress, The SEO Framework and All in One SEO where present.
- Redirects from Redirection, Rank Math, Yoast SEO Premium, Squirrly SEO, All in One SEO and SEOPress.
- Site-wide title and description templates, with title variables converted.
- Templates you already customised in RankFlect SEO are kept unless you choose to overwrite.
- A backup first, and one undoable batch in the Change Log.
How it works
Three steps

Open the importer
Go to RankFlect SEO → Tools → Import. Each plugin with data on your site is listed.

Import
Click Import. RankFlect SEO backs up, then copies the data in batches and can deactivate the old plugin.
- 3
Check, or undo
Check a few pages. Not happy? Revert the whole batch from the Change Log.

FAQ
Switch from another SEO plugin: questions
Will the import change my old plugin’s data?
No. RankFlect SEO only reads it. If you go back, the old plugin’s data is still there.
Can I run the import more than once?
Yes. Without overwrite, a second run only fills fields that are still empty.
What about my title templates?
Site-wide title and description templates are imported too. Templates you already customised in RankFlect SEO are kept unless you choose overwrite.
Can I undo it?
Yes. The whole import is one batch in the Change Log, and there is a backup from just before it.
